Traditional Instruction

Method:

Traditional Lessons are typically best for older beginners (ages 10+) or students taking lessons on instruments not offered in the Suzuki Method (saxophone, clarinet).

Traditional students will typically begin reading music earlier in the process and may or may not have a parent present in lessons.

Traditional students are encouraged to participate in Suzuki Events.

each semester Traditional Students at The Music Academy receive:

  • 16 Private Lessons

  • 1 Solo recital

  • Workshops with guest artists (yearly)

  • Additional Performing Opportunities
