Music Academy Host
The Music Academy seeks a warm and welcoming Host for on-campus daily activities and off-campus community events. The Music Academy Host is the welcoming face of the Music Academy. This person helps students and families feel comfortable, cared for, and connected from the moment they arrive or interact with us at community events.
The Host creates a warm and welcoming environment, helps families navigate the Academy, answers questions, assists with communication, welcomes new students, and makes sure families have what they need to have a positive experience.
This role is about more than providing information—it is about creating a sense of belonging. The Host notices when someone needs help, makes connections, anticipates needs, and helps every family feel that they are an important part of the Music Academy community.
The candidate should also be:
· Warm, friendly, and genuinely enjoys interacting with children and families.
· Team-based.
· A multi-tasker.
· Have a high attention to detail.
· Reliable, flexible, and takes initiative.
