    3.) Confirm you are ready to be placed with a teacher.

    4.) Arleth will confirm placement and a teacher will be in contact to schedule your first lesson!

  • There are a few option depending on your child’s age/readiness:

    1.) Take Prelude Classes again! This class is meant to be taken many times - you and your child will only internalize more musical skills!

    2.) Sign up for our NEW class, Prelude-Suzuki Bridge! Meant for children ages 3-5 who have taken Prelude classes many times but are not quite ready for private lessons or the full Suzuki program.

    3.) Sign up for our Suzuki program. Suzuki lessons are designed for young children and include a weekly private lesson as well as social and interactive group lessons. Parent involvement is a must at this age!

  • Financially you get waaaaaaay more bang for your buck but more importantly, your child also improves at a faster and more comprehensive rate. The cognitive, social, and academic benefits of learning music really kick-in when your child gets a more well-rounded music education which includes learning with others, performing more for others, and playing in a large ensemble. and in a safe atmosphere

  • It depends on the teacher and many factors but the short answer is, your teacher will let you know! Usually they fill you in at your first lesson, but you can also use their first phone call with you as a chance to ask specific questions.

    Suzuki students will want a book and a recording which can be found on Spotify or by purchasing a CD if you prefer the old-fashioned way!

  • Your annual tuition includes:

    Traditional: 32 private lessons, 2 Solo Recitals, and additional off-site performing opportunities as they become available

    Suzuki: for $196 more per year, 32 private lessons with a Suzuki-certified teacher, 26 group lesson days which includes group class, music theory, and orchestra or piano ensemble, 2 Solo Recitals, 2 Book Recitals, Twinkle Recital (if appropriate), and additional performing opportunities as they become available.
